Bakit nga ba?

Kasi maraming tao, mali ang understanding nila sa “mayaman.” Akala nila kapag may pera ka na, dapat bumili ka na agad ng bahay, kotse, lupa.

Pero in real life, hindi ganun lagi ang diskarte ng financially smart people.

Here’s the truth:
1. Hindi sila kulang sa pera—strategic lang sila.
Hindi lahat ng may kaya, bumibili agad ng property. Kasi alam nila, hindi “spending” ang goal—wealth building ang goal.

2. Pinapahalagahan nila ang liquidity.
Mas gusto nila may hawak silang cash na ready gamitin for business, investment, or opportunities. Kasi pag naubos lahat sa isang asset, limited na galaw mo.

3. Ayaw nila maging asset rich pero cash poor.
Minsan may bahay ka nga, pero wala kang flexibility sa daily life. Real wealth is balance—hindi yung naka-lock lahat ng pera mo sa isang bagay.

4. Timing over pressure.
Hindi sila bumibili dahil “kaya na.” Bumibili sila kapag “tama na ang panahon, tama ang setup, at stable na ang income.”

5. Income first, lifestyle later.
Ito yung mindset shift. Yung iba lifestyle agad, tapos hahabol ng income. Yung may wealth mindset, inuuna muna nila ang income growth bago big purchases.

Kasi hindi lahat ng nagrerent ay walang kaya…
Minsan, sila pa yung mas may control sa pera nila kaysa sa mga nagmamadaling magmukhang successful.

The dream is not just to earn more..
