We are an Australian business looking for a Facebook Ad and Content Manager to maximise our reach into our target market and to organically grow our Facebook followers.

The person we are looking for must:
have proof of previous successful campaigns
help set up a marketing strategy
provide continuous advice on how best to market ourselves on Facebook
help us create ads that will work for our target audience
set up our ad campaigns and monitor them
know how to maximise our ad spend
analyse the data and work with us to improve results (especially the audience)
upload, manage, boost, analyse posts
understand retargeting and manage this effectively
know how to co-manage with our Twitter account.. basically self-manage and optimise our campaigns from end-to-end
Good to have but not necessary:
create/supply the necessary images/graphics
experience with other social media (maybe an option in the future)
effective SEO
Google Ads experience
LinkedIn profile enhancement experience
We are hoping to publish 3 to 4 posts per week, most of which we will produce ourselves (video, articles etc.). We will provide graphics/images unless you can show that you are also able to do this.
We are a Business Coaching organization with our target market being business owners with between 10 and 200 employees.

Monthly hours and hourly rate will be determined upon experience and how efficiently you can provide our requirements. More hours/work could be provided if you can add more value to the business in other areas - but first we need to see results from our Facebook campaigns.
