FERC LPG Refilling Corporation is looking for a Sales Admin Office who can start immediately.

Job Type: Full-Time
Assigned Area: Acacia Village, Neo Calapan, Mindoro

Job purpose:

Oversee the day-to-day functioning of the office ensuring that administrative processes run smoothly. Provide support to the Sales Representative, reaching sales monthly targets, paperworks, and scheduling meeting, inventory and monitoring.

Duties and responsibilities:

- Accountable for the delivery of his Monthly Job Target
- Responsible for monitoring, controlling, and evaluating performance
- Conducted joint business planning with dealers and area distributors to ensure plans were compatible with the Company's directions.
- Collaboration with all other Company functions to ensure effective and efficient operations.
- Willing to relocate
- Other duties are assigned from time to time

Qualifications:

- Career Level: 1-2 Years Experience in Sales and/or Marketing
- Intermediate to advanced selling skills gained from the same
industry LPG or fuel industry
- Effective written and oral communication skills
- Familiarity with the assigned area
- Proficient in MS Office applications

FIL EXPAT FUELS RESOURCES CORP. (FERC FUELS) is urgently in need of a STATION COORDINATOR to be assigned to TOLEDO GASOLINE STATION.

Key Requirements:
-Willing to be assigned to Toledo gasoline station.
-Ability to deal effectively and to a high level of customer service standard with all types of customers, including those with special needs
-Knowledgeable in MS Applications
-Excellent customer service skills
-Knowledge of safety and security regulations
-Able to manage staff and motivate employees
-Able to multitask and prioritize tasks
-Excellent organizational skills
-Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
-Knowledge of retail operations and inventory management
-Ability to meet deadlines
