"NCP CHAPLAIN EXPERIENCE"

I Rolando Cruz, Agustin, I became member of NCP last Sept.28, 2017 as Chaplain a position of Barangay Chaplain to Municipal Director I experience a lot of many things like face to face different Government officials down to barangays level and to represent the National Chaplains of the Philippines and during MRP reading, hearings and deliberation at the municipal SB. & monitor the progress of the MRP ordinance at respective councils and prepare letters with the Provincial ordinance & municipal ordinance for the Institutionalization of the Moral Recovery Program in our municipality and barangays . We pass the municipal ordinance with help of SB Council Rasel CUARESMA who authored MRP. After we pass the municipal ordinance we always represent this with the Provincial ordinance and Ececutive Order No. 319 in every barangays other offices of LGU and were giving them a copy each in every Brgy. Captains that we NCP as the one who implement MRP in all Government departments, agencies & offices as partner of our Government .
We experience conduct MRP in POSO, PNP, BFP, in every barangays and other activities involvement in LGU's & other LGU offices. We also take pictures as documents to submit a quarterly report (every three months) to the provincial office , municipal office, and DILG office.
As Municipal director . I prepare meeting agenda and meeting minutes to be read ahead of time before the scheduled meetings.
I really enjoying MRP to do this for the glory of God as CHAPLAINS OF THE MIGHTY KING!
AS NCP CHAPLAIN OF THE NATIONAL CHAPLAINS OF THE PHILIPPINES we recognize by our Government especially in our municipality of LINGAYEN to acknowledged us during the Stakeholders' Night of the 2020 Lingayen Capital Town Fiesta by giving me a PLAQUE OF RECOGNITION as one of the OUTSTANDING CITIZENS OF LINGAYEN ( CIVIC LEADER OF THE YEAR).

My NCP CHAPLAIN EXPERIENCE is the most Valuable and Precious to me as one of God's instrument with the NCP VISION:
