February 27, 2026 | City Health Immersion Day 10
The final day of our City Health immersion has finally come to pass, leaving us filled with experiences that will remain engraved in our memories as we continue our journey toward becoming medical professionals. Throughout this immersion, we gained not only knowledge but also a deeper understanding of service, responsibility, and compassion in healthcare.
We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Doc Mark for sharing advanced insights into medical topics while also challenging us to reflect on why we chose this path. His lessons encouraged us to think beyond textbooks and to truly understand the purpose behind our aspirations. We are equally thankful to Doc Sonya for her enthusiasm in teaching us, from patient diagnostics to meaningful life stories that reminded us of the human side of medicine. Our sincere appreciation also goes to Doc Marian for allowing us to witness what lies ahead in this profession and for offering guidance that will help shape our future. We thank the medical staff, midwives, and barangay health workers who welcomed us and patiently taught us the basics of assisting in the health center. Through them, we realized that healthcare often involves quiet sacrifices and unrecognized efforts, yet their dedication to serving the community never wavers. Witnessing their passion was truly inspiring, and this experience has become a memorable part of our journey that we will carry with gratitude in our hearts.
It has truly been a fun and memorable experience. We sincerely thank everyone at Dr. Santiago Health Center for giving us moments to look back on and lessons to carry forward.

Final Presentation Day! | Day 10
Lipa Agricultural Research and Experiment Station
Today marks the culmination of our 10-day journey at the Lipa Agriculture Research and Experiment Station (LARES). Our final day was dedicated to preparing for and delivering our presentation for the culmination and graduation ceremony, where we proudly reported the knowledge, skills, and experiences we gained throughout our immersion.
From lectures and laboratory activities to fieldwork and hands-on applications, these past ten days have strengthened our understanding of agriculture and deepened our appreciation for the dedication behind research and sustainable farming.
As we conclude this meaningful chapter, we carry with us not only new knowledge, but also valuable memories, teamwork, and a renewed commitment to learning and growth. ๐พโจ

Our last day at the ๐๐ข๐ฉ๐ ๐๐ข๐ญ๐ฒ ๐๐๐ ๐๐ฅ ๐๐๐๐ข๐๐ was nothing short of meaningful. We started the morning with our usual routinesโscanning and docketingโmaking sure to finish our responsibilities with the same dedication we had since day one.
Later on, Atty. Santos invited us to attend a Committee Hearing on Barangay Boundary Disputes together with our co-interns. Being able to witness an actual hearing once again reminded us of how important precision, patience, and professionalism are in legal work.
After returning to the office, we went back to our respective stations. Some continued docketing and scanning, while others were guided through the process of notarizing documentsโanother learning experience added to our journey.
In the afternoon, Atty. Lipat called each immersionist one by one for a personal talk in his office. Those short conversations felt special and sincere, giving us words of advice and encouragement that we will carry beyond this immersion.
As our time here comes to an end, we leave with grateful heartsโthankful for the lessons, the mentorship, and the people who made every day worthwhile. What started as just a requirement turned into an experience we will always treasure.
