On February 21, 2023, elements of the Women and Children Protection Center in coordination with the Department of Migrant Workers (DMW), conducted Rescue Operation which resulted to the rescue of thirty-two (32) OFW applicants alleged to be victims of Illegal Recruitment and arrest of one (1) suspect in Laguna, in violation of R.A. 8042, otherwise known as the “Migrant Workers and Overseas Filipinos Act of 1995,” as amended by RA 10022.

Kinakailangang laging may nakabantay na kawani ang citizens desk upang magbigay ng tulong at gabay sa mga nais lumapit ng barangay.
