SYNOPSIS: At 3:00 PM today, the center of Tropical Depression "CALOY" {HAGUPIT} was estimated based on all available data at 705 km East of Surigao City, Surigao del Norte (10.1°N 131.9°E) with maximum sustained winds of 45 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 55 km/h. It is moving Westward at 15 km/h. Easterlies affecting Mindanao.

FORECAST:
Mindanao will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms due to the Easterlies. Possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms. Light to moderate winds from northeast to northwest with slight to moderate seas (0.6 to 2.1 meters).

Ang tibuok dapit sa Mindanao makasinati sa panalagsang pagdag-um ngadto sa mapanganuron nga kalangitan inubanan sa pat-ak pat-ak nga pag-ulan, kilat og pagpanalugdog tungod sa Easterlies. Possible ang pagbaha ug pagdahili sa yuta tungod sa severe thunderstorms. Hinay ngadto sa kasarangan nga hangin ang magagikan sa amihanang silangan ngadto na sa amihanang kasadpang direksyon ug ang kadagatan hapsay ngadto sa kasarangan ang pagbalud (0.6 to 2.1 meters).
