EMPOWERMENT TECHNOLOGY (ICT)

I learned to appreciate any devices or technology that I have.ICT is used to connect people wherever they are.Especially this pandemic,ICT has been a big help.ICT are tools to be used to achieve higher goals.They are currently used to communicate with other people and yes I agree with that.My suggestions for the nation's use of ICT are that they adhere to the proper usage guidelines.
