Filling out the form is also a personal step of saying: “I am willing to grow, serve, and be part of this Christian community.”

Hey! ALL EYES HERE! The SWLC CYF NOMELEC 2026 reminds everyone to get ready as we gather for our Annual CYF Pre-Conference, as this year is also election year for the new set of officers of our SWLC CYF for Ecclesiastical Year 2026-2028, we invite your local church CYF president or any officer/ representative/ member.

TAKE NOTE! A maximum of 3 official delegates that can vote and be voted! If ever some of you are going with more than 3 delegates, the extra will be an observer but can still participate in asking, inquiring and engage in some discussions specially in the Pre-Con Proper (business meeting) but can't deliver a motion and approve same as to the election proper he/she cannot vote and cannot be nominated as well.

The idea is to equip youth with not only knowledge but also the motivation to engage fully in their faith, leadership, and community involvement. ✨

SWLC CYF PRE-CONFERENCE ANNOUNCEMENT

Calling all Christian Youth Fellowship from Southern-Western Leyte Conference!

Get ready as we gather for our Annual CYF Pre-Conference, we invite your local church CYF President or any officer/representative/member. And as of this writing, our Circuit Coordinators are also sending the soft copy of our SWLC-CYF Pre-Con 2026 circular letter, and we hope that you have received yours right now.

Because our Pre-Conference will be a venue for us all to think about creating an environment where participants can feel energized, inspired, and prepared for the roles they have as future youth leaders. Specially this year is election for the new set of SWLC-CYF ExeCom Officers for Ecclesiastical Year 2026-2028.

📌 Theme: “Walking with Jesus: Journeying with the Anawim.”
📅 Date: February 28 to March 01, 2026
📍 Venue: UCCP Baybay, Baybay City, Leyte

Some important reminders:

1. 3 CYF per Local Church (President, Treasurer, Secretary or any
officer/member/representative)
2. Registration, Meals and Snacks: ₱300.00
3. Membership Fee Php 15 per CYF in every Local Churches
4. Youth Sunday Offering 2025 (50% from the special offering
during Youth Sunday)
5. Bring with you your Printed Report during E.Y. June 2025 -
March 2026
6. Membership Profiling Form (Hardcopy list)
7. Bring your own eating utensils, beddings and toiletries
8. Bring Bible, Notebook and Ballpen
