𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐇𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐳𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐓𝐡𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡 𝐆𝐥𝐨𝐛𝐚𝐥 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 🌏🇵🇭🇨🇳
Mabalacat City College continues to strengthen its commitment to internationalization as 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗹 𝗝𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗼 𝗧𝘂𝗯𝗶𝗴, a 𝗕𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗿 𝗼𝗳 𝗦𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝗧𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗺 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 student, successfully completed the 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗵 𝗖𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗘𝘅𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺 𝗶𝗻 𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗮.
The program provided a meaningful platform for cultural immersion, academic exchange, and global engagement, allowing Carl to represent MCC while gaining valuable international perspectives.
This milestone reflects the College's vision of developing globally competent graduates through quality international partnerships and transformative learning experiences beyond the classroom.
Mabalacat City College extends its sincere appreciation to the 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗳𝘂𝗰𝗶𝘂𝘀 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗶𝘁𝘂𝘁𝗲 𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗣𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗽𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀 𝗗𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗺𝗮𝗻, led by Director, 𝗗𝗿. 𝗟𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗱𝗲𝘀 𝗧𝗮𝗻𝗵𝘂𝗲𝗰𝗼-𝗡𝗲𝗽𝗼𝗺𝘂𝗰𝗲𝗻𝗼, for making this opportunity possible and for continuously promoting educational and cultural exchange between the Philippines and China.
The College likewise expresses its gratitude to the 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗔𝗳𝗳𝗮𝗶𝗿𝘀 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲 (𝗜𝗔𝗦) of the 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗻 𝗛𝗶𝗴𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 (𝗖𝗛𝗘𝗗), under the leadership of 𝗗𝗿. 𝗖𝗵𝗿𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗡𝗮𝗯𝗼𝗿 𝗙𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗿, for its steadfast support in advancing higher education internationalization initiatives.
We also acknowledge the support of 𝗠𝗖𝗖 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁, 𝗗𝗿. 𝗦𝗼𝗻𝗻𝘆 𝗡. 𝗗𝗲 𝗚𝘂𝘇𝗺𝗮𝗻, whose leadership continues to expand opportunities for students to gain meaningful international exposure and become globally engaged professionals.
As Carl returns with new knowledge, experiences, and cultural insights, his journey stands as an inspiration to fellow MCCians to embrace opportunities that foster global citizenship, intercultural understanding, and lifelong learning.

Mabalacat City College proudly formalized its partnership with Dr. Joefrelin C. Ines, Head of the Department of Economics and Business Administration of the University of Technology and Applied Sciences – Shinas, Oman, through a Research Fellow Signing Ceremony in the presence of Dr. Sonny N. De Guzman, MCC President held on May 6, 2026.
This meaningful engagement reflects MCC’s continuing commitment to internationalization, research excellence, and the development of stronger academic networks beyond borders. Through collaborations such as this, the College aims to foster knowledge exchange, interdisciplinary research opportunities, and globally connected learning experiences that will benefit both faculty and students.
As MCC continues to expand its international academic partnerships, we remain dedicated to creating opportunities that promote innovation, scholarly growth, and global engagement in higher education.

𝐃𝐚𝐲 𝟒 | 𝐄𝐫𝐚𝐬𝐦𝐮𝐬+ 𝐌𝐨𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦
𝗗𝗿. 𝗣𝗶𝗼𝘁𝗿 𝗭𝗱𝘂𝗻𝗸𝗶𝗲𝘄𝗶𝗰𝘇 𝗼𝗳 𝗝𝗼𝗵𝗻 𝗣𝗮𝘂𝗹 𝗜𝗜 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗶𝗻 𝗕𝗶𝗮ł𝗮 𝗣𝗼𝗱𝗹𝗮𝘀𝗸𝗮, together with Mabalacat City College representatives, spent Day 4 experiencing the rich culture and heritage of Pampanga. The day began with visits to the historic 𝗦𝗮𝗻 𝗚𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗿𝗺𝗼 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗵 𝗖𝗵𝘂𝗿𝗰𝗵, a powerful symbol of faith and resilience and the beautifully detailed 𝗦𝘁. 𝗝𝗮𝗺𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗔𝗽𝗼𝘀𝘁𝗹𝗲 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗵 𝗖𝗵𝘂𝗿𝗰𝗵, known for its stunning interiors and artistic craftsmanship.
They then enjoyed a taste of 𝗮𝘂𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗰 𝗞𝗮𝗽𝗮𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗮𝗻 𝗰𝘂𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲 at 𝘼𝙥𝙖𝙜 𝙈𝙖𝙧𝙖𝙣𝙜𝙡𝙚, where local delicacies such as 𝘾𝙖𝙢𝙖𝙧𝙪 and 𝘽𝙚𝙩𝙪𝙩𝙚 were introduced, offering a unique and memorable culinary experience.
The day wrapped up with a visit to the 𝗖𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗞𝗮𝗽𝗮𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗮𝗻 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗶𝗲𝘀 and the 𝗠𝘂𝘀𝗲𝘂𝗺 𝗼𝗳 𝗞𝗮𝗽𝗮𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗮𝗻 𝗔𝗿𝘁𝘀, along with a stop at 𝗧𝗼𝘁𝗼𝗯𝗶𝘁𝘀, giving the group a deeper appreciation of Kapampangan history, creativity, and local flavors.
