In a heartfelt ceremony that marked the end of their academic journey and the beginning of a new chapter, the graduating Class of 2023 from Jose C. Feliciano College Foundation came together to celebrate their Baccalaureate Mass. Held at San Lorenzo Church at 8 AM, the occasion was filled with joy, reflection, and gratitude.
