Mabalacat City College (MCC) joins UGNAYAN 2026, led by CHED Regional Office III in partnership with CLAIRO at Bulacan State University.

Representing the College are Dr. Marilyn S. Arcilla, Jennyfer N. Merza, and Dr. Joven G. Ocampo, reaffirming MCC’s commitment to strong partnerships and internationalization.
