Since we'll be preoccupied tomorrow and on Thursday, we are now backwashing and flushing out our FRP tanks and filtration system to make up for our midweek backwashing procedure. 💦💦💦

Midnight backwash/flushing and filter change due to power outage caused by overloading earlier. Reported around 5:30PM and was fixed around 10PM.

Apologies to those who weren't catered today for their water needs as the surge of orders went crazy today due to the upcoming holiday off. Another reason is our previous driver, Jayson, just had his last day of work yesterday, March 31, 2026.

We may have a temporary driver(Mr. Albert) for now who is still under observation but he still doesn't know everyone's location and other workaround since he is just new and that is the main reason behind the delay of order pickup/delivery and unanswered inquiries/orders as we really don't want to promise service since the new driver is still adjusting for now in terms of delivery and logistics. Those reasons made an unexpected impact with our delivery service today eventhough we tried our best to cater to everyone's order in the best of our abilities and power.

We also have problems with the phone we have since texts are being received in a delayed manner. This caused a domino effect that lead to what happened earlier.

Apologies for this inconvenience. We all know that water is essential especially this summer season and during this lent(holiday). It was all wrong timing due to the resignation of our main driver during peak season. We'll try our best to make up to you in the upcoming days. We'll try to resolve our shortcomings in the best possible way we can. We'll try to reach out to those who weren't catered today in the next coming days ahead. So please expect a call from us. 03•27•2026 Friday shift is more fun as we reached our 6th consecutive quota day. The summer heat is definitely on as our clients keeps ordering their mineral and alkaline water refill almost everyday. Wishing this quota season never ends but one things for sure we wish to end is the rising of the gasoline price due to the conflict in Iran. We are still trying our best not to increase prices but we may do so if the gasoline price increase won't end.
