PPCRV Mabalacat Participates in the City Joint Security Coordinating Conference and Activation of the Committee on Kontra-Bigay

The Parish Pastoral Council for Responsible Voting (PPCRV) Mabalacat actively participated in the Joint Security Coordinating Conference and the activation of the Committee on Kontra-Bigay (CKB) held on April 3, 2025, at the Youth Community Center, Mabalacat City, Pampanga.

Spearheaded by COMELEC Mabalacat Election Officer IV Maria Lourdes Alfaro, the event focused on strengthening the city’s initiatives against vote-buying, vote-selling, and the misuse of government resources. PPCRV Mabalacat representatives joined discussions on the enhanced Kontra-Bigay 2.0, addressing abuse of state resources, filing of complaints and reports, and voter's education on electoral fraud.

Alongside PPCRV Mabalacat were representatives from DepEd, CSWDO, CHRMO, DILG, CIO, BFP, AFP, PNP, and PAO, all working together to promote clean and honest elections in the city.
