Last January 8, 2026, our Corporate Secretary/Operations Manager Mr. Jeff Bunggay managed to clinch yet another achievement as an Airbnb Superhost representing our brand, Millennials Apartelle. We have been flying high with colours ever since we joined Airbnb way back December 9, 2022 up to present. We have received 101 5-star ratings from our wonderful Airbnb guests since the beginning excluding the out of Airbnb deals which is precisely rated 5 stars as well. We have been a perfect 5 for 3 consecutive years or 12 consecutive quarters. With that on our plate, we might end our Airbnb journey on a high note. The management have decided to slowly convert our Airbnb units into long term rentals. I guess this is good bye for me for my STR journey but I will forever be proud of what I have achieved in this industry that I learned to love, run and manage with zero-knowledge in my pocket. I will be forever grateful to my staff and most especially to all my guests who taught me every single lesson this hospitality management has to offer.

Congratulations to our hardworking and selfless Operations Manager and Airbnb Superhost Mr. Jeff Bunggay for the years of service and for being an exemplary and perfectionist hospitality manager. You are one of a kind.
