2. 👨‍💻We’ll prepare the detailed breakdown of the quotation and send it to you on our most convenient turn around time since we are on demand it may take 1-2 weeks. Pagkakasyahin natin ang budget mo.

3. 📑 Review the quotation, wag mahiya magtanong or let us know if something needs to be added or adjusted.

4. 💸 50% Downpayment and Contract signing. Yay!!! Pambili yan ng materials then the rest of the balance weekly installment every saturday pampasahod sa workers.

5. 🚧 Let’s Start the Project once we secure all the renovation docs and permit approval on your behalf and sisimulan na agad ang renovation.
