The DepEd Order No. 9, series of 2024 is the authority on whether a day in the academic year is classified as a holiday or not, and what kind of holiday it will be. It used shapes such as triangles and squares, as well as marking such as an “X” to mean something.

What’s ambiguous is how the sign “X” is used for the EDSA People Power Revolution Anniversary.
