Ongoing Studies for a clubhouse nested within a high-end subdivision in Antipolo.


The initial intent of the design is to provide a structure that will ignite the aesthetic development within the subdivision - by combining modern and contemporary approaches, simple facades can be striking with minimal elements involved. Full-feature curtain walls are prevalent along the perimeter which might be further developed later on depending on the necessary glass ratio. This clubhouse will feature central amenities such as a fitness gym, function rooms, and a game room.

Our smallest project yet for 2023 - A mobile shower prototype that can cater to 14 individual shower bays. Measuring 9.7 x 2.2 meters, the structure can function independently with customized tanks carefully programmed to fit within the small space available. We’re also able to provide an integrated heating system via a cylindrical heating tank. The intent of this project is to provide accessible sanitary facilities in remote areas up in the North with minimal handling and operational expenses (OPEX) involved.
