We’re hiring a Part-Time Business Development Manager

🗓️ Target Start: January 2026 | Remote/Flexible Hours

SocialFilo is expanding its CXaaS and digital consulting portfolio across Australia and the Philippines, and we’re looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager who can help us accelerate this growth.

💬 What you’ll work on:

• Opening doors to enterprise and agency clients
• Building pipelines using Apollo.ai, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar tools
• Shaping proposals and client strategies with our consulting and creative teams
• Mapping customer journeys and identifying CX opportunities
• Driving lead generation, outreach, and partner development

🔍 What we’re looking for:
• Experience in Customer Experience, CXaaS, digital consulting, or agency environments
• Strong prospecting and outreach capability
• Comfortable with tools like Apollo.ai, Hubstaff, CRM platforms (or quick to learn)
• Ability to translate insights into clear opportunities and client conversations
• Confident communicator with a strategy-first mindset
