Thinking thoroughly of where should I focus my selling for the rest of the year, I have found myself realising so much potential on one of our projects in North. Metro Manila has always been my niche in selling but for a time now competition has been stiffer than it has ever been. I had more clients than to the numbers of units that I can sell.
