At the 2026 PHINMA Service Awards, four outstanding individuals were honored for service that went beyond what was expected.

Recognized under two award groups, this year’s honorees reflect how meaningful impact begins with choosing to serve. Under the PHINMA National Scholarship (PNS), Grazieleanne Sellabe, a former scholar, is now giving back by teaching children in underserved communities. Kara Albert, a PNS Big Sister, was recognized for eight years of dedicated mentorship that has guided and shaped her scholars’ lives.

For the Employee categories, Ronald Kim Agbay, a project engineer, was honored for Community Service Beyond Role at Work for leading and strengthening a large socialized housing community—helping create a safer environment for families and children. Adele Traspe, a student leadership development leader, was recognized for Profession in Action, reflecting quiet leadership and deep care for others, including initiatives that link education with rehabilitation through programs such as College Education Behind Bars.

Together, Grazieleanne Sellabe, Kara Albert, Ronald Kim Agbay, and Adele Traspe bring PHINMA’s mission to life—showing what it truly means to be a in .
