Job Summary
Prepares payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements
Prepares special financial reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing account information and trends.
Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping financial information confidential.
Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
Secures financial information by completing data base backups.
Responsibilities and Duties
Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded
Update accounts receivable and issue invoices
Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations
Assist with reviewing of expenses, payroll records etc. as assigned
Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed Accounting Assistant
Qualifications and Skills
Great attention to detail
Good with numbers and figures and an analytical.
Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices

Regulatory Pharmacist

Newlife Pharmaceuticals Inc. – Makati

Duties and Responsibilities

✔️ Able to secure quality documents/samples for Initial Registration, Amendments, Variations, Inclusions, Exhaustion, Shelf life Extension, PCPR, CLIDP's and the like.

✔️ Able to submit compliance on or before the deadline prescribed by the FDA correctly and in a time efficient manner.

✔️ Responsible to liaise necessary applications and to follow up all applications to FDA.

✔️ Responsible for securing Licenses and or Renewals of the same (ie FDA Drugs,

Cosmetics, Foods, DOH Accreditation's, DOH-Medical Devices, PDEA)

✔️ Ensures that products being placed by the Import Department has the CPR prior to the arrival.

✔️ Able to communicate with the suppliers and guide them accordingly on the Regulatory Requirements on the Registration of PDEA, BAI, and DOH Products.

✔️ Secure quality documentation prior to application of Initial registration (FDA and DOH)



Qualifications and Skills



✔️ Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Pharmacy/Pharmacology or equivalent.

✔️ At least 1 year (s) of working experience in the related field is required in this position.

✔️ Applicant must be willing to work in Makati City.

✔️ Preferably 1-4 years Experienced Employees specializing in Healthcare- Pharmacy or equivalent.

✔️ Full- time position (s) available.

✔️ REGULATORY EXPERIENCE IS A MUST.

✔️ Licensed Pharmacist.

✔️ Can work under Minimum supervision.
