As a Customer Support Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in helping our client build world-class customer experience by providing thoughtful and personalized support in each of your user interactions.

What makes you qualified?
• Minimum 6 months - 1 year of experience as a Customer Support Specialist for a digital product, communicating with international clients through email and live chat
• Outstanding written communication skills
• Aptitude for learning new technologies quickly
• Extremely detail oriented and highly organized

What will make you stand out?
• Hands-on experience in troubleshooting user issues of SaaS products (i.e. issue diagnosis via probing, testing different scenarios, impersonating users, etc.
• Working knowledge of customer support tools i.e. Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom, etc.

What does a typical day look like?
• Provide tier 1 customer support via live chat and email by impersonating users and reproducing/testing software usage scenarios
• Own resolution of customer interactions at various stages of completion
• Proactively identify repetitive issues or requests that are not resolved to the client’s satisfaction and escalate issues as needed
• Update internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers

As a Recruitment Specialist, you are responsible for supporting the recruitment team throughout the candidate recruitment process.. Ultimately, your responsibilities are to ensure our company attracts, hires and retains the best fit of talents while growing a strong pipeline.

What makes you qualified?
• At least 3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment
• Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews that can filter a highly qualified talent.
• Hands-on experience in selection processes like phone interviewing, reference checks, and background checks.
• Ability to organize skills assessments
• Familiarity with current trends in HR best practices, Human resource management systems, and other recruiting software.
• Strong decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Leading the growth of a team from 50 to 150 diverse tech profiles
• Ability to map, observe, approach and capture key talent from competitors and from selected target tech companies

i) Blockchain and Crypto
ii) AI and Machine Learning
iii) SaaS and eCommerce
iv) Mobile Apps and Social Networks
• Manage and monitor the end-to-end recruitment pipeline for two scenarios:
a) Mass hiring — fresh grads
b) Industry-specific specialists with laser-focused skills
• Adopt a “Semantic Hiring” strategy based on tech career paths and soft skills instead of “Keyword Sourcing” of candidates
• Mastering and maximizing the use of “traditional” sourcing channels; LinkedIn, Jobstreet and Kalibrr
• Incorporate out-of-the-box hiring tactics like social hiring, social ads recruiting, business development, industry events, guerrilla hiring
• Maintain and optimize an existing Referral Program for employees
• Maintaining and nurturing an existing pool of pre-screened candidates
• Maintaining a library of job descriptions based on global standards on the tech space
• Being oriented to details, ability to write English with perfect grammar and sensitive to punctuation, and text formatting
