POSITION : Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist to manage incoming payments, ensure accurate financial records, and support overall cash flow operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and manage accounts receivable balances
Generate and send invoices to clients
Follow up on outstanding payments and resolve billing issues
Reconcile accounts and maintain accurate records
Prepare AR aging reports
Coordinate with internal teams and clients regarding payment concerns

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred)
Proven experience in accounts receivable or similar role
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar)
Good communication and problem-solving abilities
Location: Malate Manila
