Accounts Manager/Accounts Executive

Requirements:
- Graduate of any business course, preferably Marketing
- Minimum three (3) years working experience in a Sales and/or Marketing position
- Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel).
- Detail-oriented, ability to work under pressure, can work under minimum supervision, results-driven.
- Experience in sales and account handling
-Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities:
- Handle current accounts
- Oversee projects under his/her account
- Coordinate between the company's Operation department and the client
- Provide clients with updates for their projects

Floor Support (Office I.T)
-Knowledgeable on troubleshooting/installing hardware and software problems (Desktops, Laptops, Printers, Scanners, etc.)
-Knowledgeable on troubleshooting and setting up LAN & WLAN network connections
-Knowledge on troubleshooting telephone connections is a plus
-Knowledgeable on both Windows and Mac platforms
-Well-versed on using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
-Knowledgeable on setting up emails on MS Outlook

Server and Website Maintenance
-Knowledgeable on backup and restoration of server databases (MSSQL 2003)
-Knowledgeable on creating and removing emails for corporate employees
