We are hiring experienced Grader Operators for New Zealand.

The Grader Operator will be responsible for operating a motor grader to level, grade, and maintain roads, construction sites, and other surfaces. The role requires precision in controlling equipment to ensure proper road alignment, smooth surfaces, and accurate grading

Responsibilities:
• Operate a motor grader for road construction, leveling, and surface finishing.
• Perform grading, shaping, and smoothing of soil, gravel, and other materials.
• Ensure proper alignment and elevation of roads and construction areas.
• Conduct daily equipment inspections and perform basic maintenance.
• Follow safety guidelines and company procedures at all times.
• Coordinate with site supervisors and other equipment operators.

Qualifications:
• At least 3 years of overseas experience as a Grader Operator.
• Good English communication skills.
• 45 years old and below.
• Physically fit and capable of working in construction environments.
• Knowledge of grader controls, road grading techniques, and safety practices.
• Ability to read and follow site plans and instructions from supervisors.
• Proven experience operating motor graders in road construction or similar projects.
• Responsible, reliable, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Willing to work on-site and adapt to varying work conditions.
