Requirements

1. At least one (1) year of experience, preferably within an agency, media, or similar creative company.

2. Ability to embrace challenges, utilizing strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

3. Ability to work under pressure, as well as troubleshoot and meet deadlines

4. Enjoys building strong client relationships, acting as a business partner for them.

5. Articulate, communicative, and has a poised, professional presence

6. Exceptional organizational and time-management skills

7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills

8. Familiar with Google Drive, Trello, Slack, and other communication and project management platforms

Job Description
- Maintains physical and digital personnel records
- Create and distribute guidelines and FAQ documents about company policies
- Gather payroll data
- Publish and remove job ads, schedule job interviews and contact candidates as needed

Requirements
- Work experience as an HR & Admin Officer
- Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
- Basic knowledge of labor legislation
- Experience using spreadsheets
- Organizational skills
