1.) Medical Transcriptionist

Transcribes dictations from healthcare professionals regarding pertinent patient records in order to document patient care and facilitate delivery of healthcare services.
College graduates are the preference.
Excellent communication skills in the English language; both oral and written.
Excellent hearing acuity and listening skills.
Computer literate; must be capable of utilizing Internet applications and Microsoft Office.
Must possess above average comprehension and analytical skills, keen to detail, team player, self-motivated, and can work under minimum supervision.
Accurate interpretation, proofreading and transcription of recorded data by doctors and other healthcare providers concerning medical document of patients using an Electronic Medical Record.
Must have a minimum typing speed of 35 wpm.
Must be willing to work in Makati City.
Must be willing to work on night shift.
Completion of a medical transcription training and/or 12 months experience as a medical transcriptionist is an advantage.
Full-time position available.

2. Call Center Agent (inbound/outbound)

Qualifications:

At least 1 year experience in related field.
Must have good oral and written communication skills.
Willing to work in Makati.
Adept on information gathering and management
Assertive, persuasive, adaptable, initiative, tenacious, resilient.
Incorporate effective negotiation skills, has high stress tolerance, self-motivated and results-oriented.
Proficient in relevant computer applications
Customer focus; solicits and uses feedback for continuous improvement.
Amenable for working on Graveyard shift.
Team player
Good American accent is a plus.
Experience as appointment setter is a plus.
