Speaking before participants of the 25th Inter-Collegiate Finance Competition (ICFC), PHINMA Corp. CFO and FINEX Foundation Chairman EJ A. Qua Hiansen reminded students that knowledge and expertise must be used in and championing integrity, fairness, and inclusivity in the industry. He also called on future finance professionals to always center people and impact in the work they will do.

The ICFC is the country's premier academic competition for finance, business, and economics college students and is organized by FINEX Foundation's Junior FINEX Committee. Over a hundred schools participated this year including PHINMA-Araullo University, PHINMA-Cagayan de Oro College, and PHINMA-University of Pangasinan which was among the Top 20 finalists.
