Sa Flores de Mayo, ang “Luklukan ng Karunungan” (mula sa Seat of Wisdom o Sedes Sapientiae) ay isa sa mga tradisyunal na Reyna sa Santacruzan. Kinakatawan nito ang Mahal na Birheng Maria bilang pinagmumulan at tagapagdala ng karunungan dahil isinilang niya si Hesukristo, na itinuturing na Karunungan ng Diyos. Karaniwan, ang gumaganap sa papel na ito ay may dalang Banal na Kasulatan o Bibliya bilang simbolo ng karunungan at katotohanan.
