𝗕𝗲𝘆𝗼𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗽𝘁.
The Monolithic Envelope
This strategy replaces the fragmented, "stepped" walls of a typical subdivision facade with a continuous rhythmic louver screen, effectively neutralizing the distracting offsets of the original structure into a singular, cohesive plane. By wrapping the roofline with a wide architectural fascia, the multi-level roofs are unified under a single horizontal silhouette, creating the illusion of a sleek, monolithic tropical canopy that stretches seamlessly from the carport to the entry porch.

𝗕𝗲𝘆𝗼𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻.
The "One-Whole" Facade:
Extending the shed roof over the carport is a brilliant move; it adds horizontal scale, making the house look wider and more custom.

Material Honesty: Replacing metal grills with decorative blocks and patterns adds "visual weight" that typical subdivision houses lack.

"The Coffee Experience" is more than just a café—
it is a destination designed for moments of connection. From its name to its design, the space encourages people to slow down, enjoy quality coffee, and bond with others.

𝗕𝗲𝘆𝗼𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗽𝘁.
The design for the Coffee Shop aims to create a contemporary, multi-sensory environment that embodies the essence of connection and shared moments over a cup of coffee. The aesthetic concept combines modern industrial elements with warmth, balancing sleek and minimalist materials with bold design accents that invite people of all ages to gather and connect.

𝗕𝗲𝘆𝗼𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻.
The café’s foundation is built on the raw, urban textures of concrete and chrome, creating a strong, industrial vibe. Concrete walls and flooring provide a clean, modern backdrop that is both stylish and functional. The chrome accents on the ceiling, light fixtures, and and tables add a touch of sophistication, reflecting light and creating a bright, polished atmosphere.

CHROME & CONCRETE
This combination emphasizes the café's modern, cutting-edge feel while still being grounded in the warmth and reliability of its core offering—coffee.

AMBER ACCENTS
Adding a touch of warmth and playfulness to the otherwise minimalist and industrial setting, pops of amber-colored accents—think soft yellow or golden hues—are strategically placed throughout the space. Whether in the form of artwork, cushions, or small décor elements, these accents bring a sense of lightness and vibrancy, breaking up the starkness of concrete and chrome while reinforcing the idea of shared experiences and natural connection.

𝗕𝗲𝘆𝗼𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗦𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗲.
Flow & Layout: The café’s layout is designed to foster interaction and flexibility. Open Seating invite groups to gather, and connect with other people. The flow is open and fluid, allowing for easy movement and comfort whether you’re meeting friends for coffee, winding down with a book, or spending time with family. The seating is a mix of lounge chairs, and bar-height tables, ensuring there’s a spot for everyone.
