The voting period has officially concluded, and the voices of the Civil Engineering student community have been heard.

The PICE BulSU Student Chapter hereby presents the newly elected officers who will serve for the Academic Year 2026–2027. Through the trust and support of the members, these individuals have been given the responsibility to lead and serve the organization in the coming term.

We express our appreciation to all candidates for their courage and willingness to take part in this year’s elections, as well as to every student who participated in the voting process. Your involvement contributed to the selection of leaders.

The Philippine Institute of Civil Engineers - Bulacan State University Student Chapter (PICE-BulSU SC) is filled with immense joy as we celebrate the success of our newly licensed BulSUan Civil Engineers.

The results of the 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 𝗖𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗹 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗟𝗶𝗰𝗲𝗻𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗘𝘅𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 (𝗖𝗘𝗟𝗘) have been released, and our community stands tall. In an examination with a national passing rate of 𝟯𝟱.𝟬𝟱% (6,438 out of 18,370), Bulacan State University - Malolos has once again demonstrated its commitment to excellence, achieving a 𝟲𝟮.𝟳𝟭% 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗶𝘁𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗽𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲. Furthermore, our first-time examinees delivered an exceptional performance, securing a 𝟳𝟰.𝟬𝟬% passing percentage.

Following the news of our Top 6 placer, we are beyond proud to officially welcome 𝟯𝟳 𝗼𝗳 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗼𝘄𝗻 into the profession.

To our new Licensed Civil Engineers: Your success is the culmination of years of consistent discipline and sacrifice. Behind every name on that list is a story of grit that we, as your PICE-BulSU SC family, have been honored to witness. Our department continues to produce not just professionals, but engineers equipped with the heart to serve and build a better nation.

To those who are still on their way: Your foundation remains solid. We are still standing right here with you, and we believe in the journey you are taking. Your time is coming.

The "Future" tag has officially been retired. Today, we stand as one united community in celebration of our new builders.
