Job Description
Qualifications:
• Candidates must be a graduate of BS Information Technology, BS Computer Science or BS Computer Engineering
• With at least 2 years work experience in Technical Support (Hardware and Software) preferably in manufacturing industry
• Excellent diagnostics capabilities, analytical skills, and able to work in a team and under pressure
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills and a systematic approach to problem-solving
• Excellent hands on experience on Windows and Linux Operating systems
• Willing to work in Malvar, Batangas
Job Responsibilities:
• Provide end to end technical support including troubleshooting issues related to computer hardware, network/internet connectivity and other software applications
