As part of our commitment to quality and responsive public service, our school proudly adopts and implements the DepEd Citizen’s Charter 2026 (1st Edition) in line with DepEd Memorandum No. DM-OUHROD1-2026-1133.

This updated Citizen’s Charter outlines the school’s service standards, procedures, requirements, processing time, and responsible personnel in accordance with the Ease of Doing Business and Efficient Government Service Delivery Act of 2018 (RA 11032).

Through this initiative, we aim to provide faster, more responsive, and learner-centered services to parents, learners, personnel, and stakeholders. The Citizen’s Charter also serves as a guide in promoting professionalism, integrity, and excellent service within the school community.

Parents, learners, and stakeholders are encouraged to visit and explore the Citizen’s Charter and participate in our Client Satisfaction Measurement to help us further improve our school services.

🌸 Celebrating Women’s Month with Knowledge & Care 🌸

In honor of Women’s Month, the LAC Session brought together the vibrant communities of Sapdaan Elementary School, Sto. Tomas Barrio School, and Manabo Pilot Elementary School for an inspiring and insightful gathering. 💜

Our heartfelt thanks to Miss Leobert F. Catriz, our dedicated District School Nurse, for sharing her expertise on Women’s Health and Stress Management. Her clear explanations, practical tips, and compassionate approach made the session not only informative but truly empowering. A huge thanks also for our supportive leader, Sir Cleto T. Batondo for his unwavering support and guidance.

It was a fruitful learning experience—filled with valuable knowledge, meaningful discussions, and a renewed commitment to caring for our well-being. 🌟
