I attended a workshop hosted by one of my clients. It wasn't something I had to do, but since I provide lead generation services, I thought it'd be good to dive into what my clients are all about.

I want to understand what they sell and who they're selling to.

Sure, I can do this online or during calls to gather info, but if possible, I prefer meeting face-to-face.

Being there and seeing how your client's business actually runs helps me create a better plan for generating leads.
