🔴 Work Details :
• 11 slots lang po an ma accommodate
• Hours of work: 8 hours per day
• Duration: 10 days na trabaho sa school
• Daily Rate: Php 455.00 per day

🔴 Sin o ang pwede mag apply as TUPAD beneficiaries?

✅️18 years old to 75 years old (if 60–75 yrs old, need po medical certificate)
✅️Not employed sa any government office and not brgy personnel
✅️Student pwede po as long as wara pa naga start an classes
✅️If possible, parents po ng mga enrollees this upcoming school year

🔴Requirements :
2 pcs clear xerox copy of any valid ID:
️➡️National ID
➡️Barangay ID/Certification (if certification, dapat may original copy with barangay seal)
➡️PhilHealth ID
➡️TIN ID
➡️Voter’s Certification/ID

✔️ DepEd teaching personnel
✔️ LET-eligible applicants in the recent/previous RQAs
✔️ Other LET-eligible teacher applicants in the RQAs
✔️ Teachers from Private Schools, SUCs/LUCs, and community-based teaching practitioners
✔️ Retired professional teachers
✔️ Non-licensed education graduates
✔️ Pre-service teachers
✔️ Other licensed professionals
✔️ Other qualified, competent, and individuals of good character in the community

📌 Mandatory Requirements:

• Expression of intent
• Duly accomplished Personal Data Sheet (PDS) using CS Form No. 212, revised 2025
• Photocopy of Certificate of LET Eligibility/Rating/License/ID (for licensed teachers and professionals)
• Certification from Teacher Education Institutions (for pre-service teachers)
• Original copy of certification of good moral character
• Copy of grades or any academic records
• Photocopy of certificate/s of relevant training (if available)

💡 Note: DepEd teaching personnel and LET-eligible applicants included in recent or previous CAR-RQAs are not required to undergo assessment.
