Power Phase is officially live and if yesterday's session gave you a taste of what's coming, you already know this cycle means business.

Fitness racing is not just cardio.

If you want to perform well in HYROX, ATHX Games, Spartan, or any fitness race, you need more than an engine.

You need strength.

Starting June 15, our regular classes become CrossFit x HYBRID.

Same class schedule. Same coaching. Same Subtero community.

Now with two tracks:

CrossFit for broad fitness, strength, skills, weightlifting, gymnastics, and conditioning.

HYBRID for fitness racing athletes, runners, and anyone who wants strength and conditioning for race-day performance.

The HYBRID track runs 5 days a week.

MWF: dedicated strength days
Tuesdays and Thursdays: more aerobic-focused training

HYBRID is not CrossFit-lite.
Not easier.
Not beginner-only.

It is a different track for a different goal.

Two tracks. One class. Same standard.
