Creating a custom Kydex® sheath for a large custom workhorse of a blade!

Step 1: Making sure it is all taped up to avoid damaging the blade.

Step 2: After cutting the Kydex® sheet to the appropriate size based on the design, it is ready for pressing.

Step 3: For this blade, I went and pressed the sheet multiple times to ensure a nice fit especially on the beefy handle.

Step 4: Another different approach into marking where to make the holes for the eyelets. This time, I taped the inside portion of the sheet to make sure the rivets will be as closed to the blade a possible.
