A residential renovation in Bacolod designed to enhance comfort and breathability for a growing family. The project emphasizes natural ventilation and daylight through wider window openings and a permeable street-facing screen, establishing a balanced relationship between openness, privacy, and security suited to the local tropical climate.

Minimal finishes, neutral tones, and clean architectural lines define the home’s renewed character. Warm accents and soft exterior lighting articulate the façade, allowing light and shadow to animate the structure throughout the day while reinforcing a calm, contemporary, and welcoming living environment.
