What are the types of food allowed during the Days of Abstinence (All Fridays of Lent)?
NOT ALLOWED - Meat (except amphibians)
ALLOWED - Seafoods (❗lavish buffet is prohibited), fruits and vegetables, dairy products including eggs, milk, cheese, bread.
PS. The Church made an exemption to all Catholics who are in need of extra medical attention (sick and pregnant).
