Project: La Prato Steakhouse

Location: Tanauan, Batangas City
Scope of Work: Architectural Design
The site is situated in an interior lot located at Tanauan, Batangas City. The lot has an adjacent commercial and residential development, to maximize land use of the lot, providing firewall on the side and rear of the building is a must. Front yard is provided to achieve natural ventilation.
The client wants a brutalist combined with rustic design to have a sense of character for the brand. Wood elements also comes to play to break the masculine effect of concrete finish.
This is the second restaurant design project that we handled, thank you again for trusting us in designing your La Prato Steakhouse branch.
