ZHEMZ TECH & REPAIRS TERMS AND AGREEMENTS :

** Repairs **

1 - Please back-up your data on your hard disk drive before sending your Unit for Repairs. ZHEMZ TECH & REPAIRS will not be held liable for any loss of data .
2 - All items are subject to troubleshooting before having price quotation .
3 - Price Quotation will be available w//in 48 hours upon receiving the item .
4 - With have given qoutation , the owner must approve before proceeding to repair the item .
5 - Rejection of quotation for repair may be charged at a flat rate of Php 400 if unclaimed within 48 hours as storage fee .
5 - All repaired items with β€œBoard Level Issue”are subject to testing and monitoring for 48 hours before the owner can claim the item .
6 - Upon testing and monitoring ; there might have more issues or damages that we are not aware of on your external hardwares such as Keyboards , Trackpad , Hard Drives , Flex Connectors etc , they are not included on the price agreed on all board level repairs .
7 - All External Hardwares Repairs or Replacements will only be made when the owner already approve to its price and proceed .
8 - At Least an hour of Final Testing and Monitoring will be made before the customer can finally pick up the item .

** Repair Claims and Warranties **

1 - All Claims must will be issued with the Fault Report and Receipt .
2 -ZHEMZ TECH & REPAIRS will not be held liable to any damages on items claimed by any courier services for we are not in control on how they handle their services .
3 - All board level repairs carry a 90-day warranty on the repaired item, unless otherwise specified on specific components. The warranty period will commence from Invoice date .
4 - Any repairs that are not collected after 45 days will be disposed of without further notice
5 - New components installed as the result of a repair or an upgrade will have a 90days warranty from the invoice date (unless otherwise specified). No new or additional warranty is given or implied on existing components .
6 - Any hardware or software configuration carried out and demonstrated to the Customer as working correctly is considered from that stage as completed task. If a similar fault occurs they will be treated as chargeable and will form a new contract
7 - ZHEMZ TECH & REPAIRS does not accept liabilities for any unforeseen hardware failure that occurs while a System or hardware components are in our possession.does not accept liabilities for any unforeseen hardware failure that occurs while a System or hardware components are in our possession .
8 - ZHEMZ TECH & REPAIRS does not deliver repaired items .
9 - ZHEMZ TECH & REPAIRS are not liable for any consequential loss or expenses, however caused, including incidental return costs .
10- ZHEMZ TECH & REPAIRS does not issue cash refunds ; however credit note for the full purchase price may be issued if returns take place within 48 hours .
