Sourdough shokupan with chocolate almond swirl.

I have done cinnamon walnut and black sesame iterations and today, I am doing chocolate almond for a friend who is not a fan of the other 2 flavors. I hope she will like it.

Tropical Bliss

Birthdays are special and with that comes a cake that is made just for you.

For this cake, I infused the sponge with sencha tea, filled in between layers with German coconut buttercream and mango pastry cream then wrapped it with yuzu buttercream. It was accented with the client's favorite colors, teal and rose blush.
