Visita Iglesia is the act of visiting seven different churches on Holy Thursday and Good Friday. It is one of the most solemn vows of Filipino Catholics. Families frequently travel to distant churches, which has become a kind of family bonding.

If you are a Filipino Catholic, you have most likely heard the term or taken part in Visita Iglesia during Holy Week. The tradition of visiting at least seven Catholic churches on Maundy Thursday and Good Friday is known as "Visita Iglesia." Some adherents of this ritual go so far as to walk barefoot from church to church.

Take a look at these seven churches taken by Marko from various churches in Tagaytay and Silang, Cavite.
