Concern: AC not cooling

Diagnostic Reports and Repairs:
-Performed refrigerant pressure check
FF: Found both high and low side pressure below specification due to low freon amount in the system and with AC compressor noise during operation, with minor leak on low side hose fittings.
-HP: 150 PSI, LP: 20 PSI at 33 degress celsius ambient temp.
-Add approx. 400g of freon and performed refrigerant pressure adjustment: HP: 235 PSI,
LP: 32 PSI at 33 degress celsius ambient temp.
-Re-check operation found ok. For further observation and need to top-up more freon to adjust HP up to 290 PSI at 33 degress celsius ambient temp. specification.

Additional Recommendations/Parts Required:
O-ring large (low pressure hose side)
Vacuum and recharging of r134A refrigerant.

Vehicle Model: Mazda CX-3 2017 2.0L

Job Performed: General Repairs and A/C not cooling well

RR: Replaced wiper washer pump, both LH and RH front strut bump stop and dust cover, rear inner RH tail light unit. Repaired LH mirror glass. Installed back stock side indicator lights.

CC: A/C not cooling well
FF: A/C system overfill causing high and low side over pressure. Performed system refrigerant adjustment, re-check found ok. Need further observation by customer, if same concern occur. Then need to recover and recharge the system with the specific amount of refrigerant, and observe again.

Costumer's concern: Brake hard to press, airbag and seatbelt warning light does not illuminate

Fault found: U0151 DTC's present on some modules: Lost Communication with RCM and
ABS DTC: c0040:64: brake pedal switch A signal plausibility failure

-Performed diagnostic procedure for DTC U0151:00 and found minor corrosion on RCM wiring harness side connector pins and RCM internal short circuit with corrosion also due to water ingress inside the module.
-for DTC c0040:64 need to fix first DTC U0151:00.

Recommendations:
1. Need to replace RCM, clean and re-tighten related module connectors. Need to perform RCM module installation programming.
2. Re-check DTC.
