"Is it just me, or is the world a lot right now?"
We took a moment last May 8, 2026 to pause, breathe, and reflect on this very question during our Mental Health Seminar for CICS students. A huge thank you to Mr. Kenneth Nyl Oresco, RGC for reminding us that while we might not have all the answers today, there is a "best time" for everything.
Sometimes, the most productive thing you can do is acknowledge that it's okay to be a work in progress.
