The BI-Learning and Development Section (LDS), in partnership with Taiwan Economic and Cultural Office (TECO), is pleased to announce the following scholarship programs to all qualified Bureau of Immigration (BI) personnel:

1. 2026 Intensive Mandarin Program for the Philippine Public Sector;
2.Huayu (Mandarin) Enrichment Scholarship;
3. Central Police University (CPU) Scholarship; and
4. Ministry of Education (MOE) Scholarship.

The Bureau of Immigration, through the Learning and Development Section (LDS), is pleased to announce the International Air Transport Association (IATA) Webinar entitled “Smart Collaboration, Safer Travel” on 10 and 12 February 2026.

This webinar is open to all BI employees. Participants are reminded that attendance shall not disrupt regular office operations, and all attendees are required to continue reporting to their respective offices during the conduct of the webinar. Please note that LDS will not issue a separate letter directive for this activity.
