This was me when you guys first saw me, back when I started making videos and trying to be a content creator. After I lost interest in almost everything, I became a homebody and barely did any physical activity. I gained a lot of weight, and my health started to suffer.

During a general checkup, the only advice my doctor gave me was: “Get some exercise, and you’ll be fine.”

When I started feeling dizzy and struggling to breathe, I genuinely thought something was seriously wrong.

Thankfully, that scare was enough to push me into getting a job. And lo and behold, after just two months of working, I lost a significant amount of weight.

Sometimes, all it takes is one wake-up call to change your life.
