People always say to work smart...nah! I like working from home and it will be extra fun if you will work smart at home. :)

Oftentimes, we have clashes with our customer because we don't understand where they are coming from. We are focused on how to resolved the issue so that we can move on to our next customer that we oftentimes lose sight of how it is to be a human and not a robot.

This is my way to re-assess myself daily and to ensure that I fit my role as to adequately provide resolution from my heart.
