Metropolitan Medical Center joined The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) in its Metro-wide Earthquake Drill which aims to properly inform the public about survival methods if the West Valley Fault generates a strong earthquake.
Employees and healthcare care providers of the hospital participated in this drill that lasted almost one (1) hour. It highlighted the importance of cooperation.
The drill simulated conditions before, during and after a possible 7.2 magnitude and intensity 8 earthquake that might hit Metro Manila with the movement of the said fault.
